Test, Test, Then Re-Test
Diagnosis Test – Every Bosch valve that comes in gets tested to determine where the problem is. We want to recreate the fault using real world applications to make sure every aspect of the valves issues are addressed.
Post Repair Test – Making sure the valve test out to meet all manufactures stated tolerances and any client specific guidelines. The test is done by the repair technician making sure that the valve has been repaired and ready for service.
Pre-Shipment QC Test – One final test is done by senior staff as a quality control measure prior to shipping. This insures that nothing was over looked in the repair process.
